Other Professional Services

Other Professional Services that require longer than 15 minutes will be at a rate of $150 per half hour, these include such services as the following: email reading, record review, report writing telephone/text conversations, writing or preparing treatment summaries, other provider or family consultations, reviewing any outside records, medical records pertinent to care.
